• Applicant's name and address
• A copy of publication of granted EP
• Translation of claims of published EP, into Bosnian
• Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant 

• Applicant's name and address
• Inventor's name and address or indication that inventor does not want to be mentioned in application, in which case a statement by the inventor is needed.
• A copy of PCT request
• International Preliminary Examination Report translated into Bosnian*
• Description, specification and claims of international application translated into Bosnian*
• Power of Attorney that should be simply signed by the applicant

• Applicant's name and address
• Denomination of a word mark or one representation of device mark (in color if color is claimed)
• List of goods and/or services
• Priority application data, if priority is claimed (number, date and country)
• Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant

• Applicant's name and address
• Author's name and address or indication that author does not want to be mentioned in the application. In such case author's statement, that he does not want to be mentioned as author, is needed.
• Title of the design
• One set of photographs or formal drawings (A4 in a perspective view)
• Priority application data, if priority is claimed
• Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant.

Remarks: The mentioned documents are minimal requirements. All required documents can be provided by electronic mail while originals may be filed subsequently with additional cost of Euro 1,00. Submission of documents in electronic format besides usual filing, is providing expeditious publication and examination. The working hours of the Mail Room of the Bosnian IP Office is from 9 a.m until 2 p.m. local time.

* The Bosnian language is almost identical to Serbian or Croatian which are both in official use in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
