- Abstract can have a maximum of 150 words and one drawing (if such)
- One set of formal drawings (A4) if such
- Priority application data, if priority is claimed (application number, date and country)
- Power of Attorney that should be simply signed by the applicant
Extension of European Patent, in Bosnia & Herzegovina, as designated for extension
- Applicant's name and address
- A copy of publication of granted EP
- Translation of claims of published EP, into Bosnian
- Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant
Entering National Phase for PCT application, in Bosnia & Herzegovina, as designated country

Remarks: The mentioned documents are minimal requirements. All required documents can be provided by electronic mail while originals may be filed subsequently with additional cost of Euro 1,00. Submission of documents in electronic format besides usual filing, is providing expeditious publication and examination. The working hours of the Mail Room of the Bosnian IP Office is from 9 a.m until 2 p.m. local time. * The Bosnian language is almost identical to Serbian or Croatian which are both in official use in Bosnia & Herzegovina. |
